  Tuesdays Thursdays
Juniors (9-13) 6.30-7.30 pm 6.00-7.00 pm
Seniors (13+) 7.30-9.00 pm 7.00-9.00 pm

Note: On Tuesdays Senior Athletes may start to warm up at 7.15 pm but must observe health and safety at a time when Junior Athletes have priority on the track.
