Club nights are Tuesdays and Thursday and anyone is welcome to come along and see what we do and to join in if they wish.
Junior athletes practise in groups and are encouraged to take part in all athletic events: Jumps, Endurance, Sprints and Throws. This balance allows children to experience the whole range of events: many surprise themselves (and their parents!) with what they enjoy and are good at. As they get older they can focus on specific events or continue to focus on multisport events. After all, wouldn’t it be fantastic if the next Jessica Ennis came from Exeter Harriers!
